The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has announced an arrangement with telehealth vendor SnapMD to provide telehealth Virtual Care Management (VCM) software to the AAP’s 66,000 member physicians.
“SnapMD was created to improve access to and convenience of healthcare,” said SnapMD’s president and CEO Dave Skibinski. “We are proud to participate in the AAP Member Advantage Program and empower pediatricians, surgeons, and specialists nationwide in delivering care remotely to their patients through virtual visits, ensuring better access to high-quality and timely care to improve outcomes and reduce the total cost of care.”
