A recent survey from the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions asked consumers about their experiences with telehealth care. Results reveal that while 57% of consumers said they are willing to try a virtual care visit, 77% had never done so. Of those who had, 77% reported high satisfaction with their care. Further, 54% of those seniors categorized as “tech-savvy” reported using technology to refill prescriptions.
