A panel at the 2018 World Medical Innovation Forum on artificial intelligence highlighted twelve ways that AI could disrupt healthcare in the near future. Experts from Partners Healthcare, Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital touched on advancements across an array of focus areas, including brain-computer interfacing, precision analytics for pathology, EHRs as reliable risk predictors, and the prevalence of patient-recorded data from wearables, among other subjects.
