Rideshare company Lyft has announced a partnership with Acuity Link to further expand Lyft’s reach into the healthcare transportation space. Acuity Link’s NEMT logistics management dashboard will support Lyft’s functionality, allowing physicians to schedule one-time or repeat non-emergency transportation for patients. “Together, Lyft and Acuity Link are providing an innovative solution to manage all levels of care,” said Gyre Renwick, VP of Lyft Business. “Because of this joint effort, we’re able to reach even more passengers to ensure they’re able to get to and from important medical appointments as we work to cut the health care [sic] transportation gap in half by 2020 and improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation.”
