Roche, the Swiss multinational healthcare company, announced Friday that it has completed a $1.9 billion acquisition of New York City-based EHR specialist Flatiron Health. Under the terms of the agreement, Flatiron Health will continue to exist and operate as a separate legal entity under its current business model.
