A recent survey published by the Deloitte Center for Health Solutions asked consumers about their experiences with the healthcare system, particularly related to telehealth.
The survey results reveal that while 57% of consumers said they would be willing to try a virtual care visit, 77% had never done so. Yet of those who had, 77% reported being highly satisfied with their care. Further, 54% of seniors (defined in the survey as those born before 1946) categorized as “tech-savvy” reported using technology to refill prescriptions, compared to a mere 16% who identified as less tech-savvy.
