Survey: Patient Experience Must Drive Provider Innovation

More providers are focusing on patient experience with the emergence of value-based payment models. That’s probably a good idea – a recent survey from Black Book Market Research found that 92% of healthcare consumers believe providers must make patient experience a top priority over the coming year. Still, only 9% of providers reported offering digital provider tools, virtual access points, and other key pieces of engagement implementations.
