Envision’s ambulatory services unit has garnered interest from UnitedHealth. The Minnesota-based company is among a number of organizations interested in purchasing either part or all of Envision. The ambulatory services unit made up 16 percent of Envision total 2017 revenue. While the company’s shares have fallen 40 percent over the past year, they have jumped up to 5.9 percent in the wake of outside interest.
