UnitedHealth Group Inc. has bought pharmacy company Genoa Healthcare for roughly $2.5 billion, according to reporting from Bloomberg. The acquisition will bring Genoa’s ~425 pharmacies into UnitedHealth’s OptumRx pharmacy benefit group.
